    Claudio X. Gonzalez Guajardo is married to Laura Caraza Campos, with whom he has four children: Claudio, Jerome, Patrick and Fernando.
    Doctor in Law and International Relations (1991) and Master in Law and Diplomacy (1990) by the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University. He graduated as a lawyer at the Free School of Law (1987), with thesis Laureate, where he was President of the Student Association (1985-1986).
    Social activist, convinced that only quality education and building the rule of law will allow Mexico to reach its enormous potential.

    Quality education:
    Co-founder and President of Mexicanos Primero, A.C., an organization dedicated to increasing the quantity and quality of education in Mexico through research, dissemination, and citizens demand activation as well as the constructive proposal of systemic change.
    Co-founder and President of Learning First, A.C., legal arm of Mexicanos Primero, which focuses its activities in the defense of fundamental and enabling right of our children to a quality education. Through injunctions, criminal complaints, collective action and other remedies, seeks to activate the judiciary and instances of transparency to boost the defense of human rights and quality education.
    Co-founder, president and adviser Bécalos, the program leading citizen scholarship in Mexico with more than 247,000 beneficiaries among high school and college students as well as teachers and directors of public schools across the country. Bécalos is an alliance between Televisa Foundation, A.C., the Association of Banks of Mexico, educational institutions around the country and millions of Mexicans to provide opportunities for advancement for students and teachers.
    Co-founder and Honorary Life President of the Union of Entrepreneurs for Technology in Education, A.C. (JOIN), an organization that has provided more than 7,200 schools and 2.3 million children, youth and teachers with computers, internet, training and support in the use of technology to promote digital inclusion in our educational system.

    Rule of law:
    Co-founder and President of Mexican Against Corruption, A.C., citizen initiative to combat corruption and impunity and build, by means of diagnosis, the demand for change and improvement proposal, a culture of legality in our country.
    Co-founder and President of the Office of Research and Strategic Litigation, A.C. (TELL), a body that seeks to highlight and combat corruption, impunity and destruction of the state’s most iconic in Mexico right.

    Others:
    Co-founder and former president of Fundación Televisa, AC, promoting organization of education (through programs like Bécalos, Compu-rounding and Goals Mexico), values (through campaigns such as Do you have the courage or will it? ), health, housing and culture (photographic collections, national and international exhibitions and art books).
    It was a civil servant for nine years in President’s Office and the Departments of Agriculture and Labor, where he participated in the negotiations of the Free Trade Agreement, the amendments to Article 27 of the Constitution, the Land Law, the Forestry Law, the reform Judiciary of 1994, the agenda and national and international tours of President Ernesto Zedillo and Bill Clinton visits and Pope John Paul II to Mexico, among others
    He also participated in three presidential campaigns: 1988, 1994 and 2000.
